It is aimed at 11-16 year olds.

The group is an opportunity for young people to meet up and play games, have food, chat with each other, and look into the Bible, the Christian faith, and some of life’s big, tough questions. This group is open to anyone at any stage of faith – whether you’ve been going to church for years, or want to look into the idea a bit more.

It is held in the upper room at Capel Methodist Church. Feel free to pop along to see what the group is like, or if you want to know more, feel free to contact Jon and Jill Sharp who run this event.

From 3.30-5.30pm Messy Church is a fresh, new way of experiencing church for all the family. The team loves dressing up, using home-made props, and children and staff alike look forward to the team's visit.

Come and let your babies or children play while you catch up with friends for a chat and a coffee. We have a large variety of toys and crafts each week. and an outside garden in the Summer. There is a small charge of £1 per family per session.

There is crèche provision for the younger ones. The group starts at approximately 10.50am (after a time of worship with the whole church together) when they enjoy a time of crafts and teaching relevant to their age group.

The co-ordinator is Judy Steward.
